The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. the room was extremely noisy, making sleep difficult.

the room was an unbearable 27 degrees, despite paying extra for the AC remote, which definitely should've been included. also, the staff acted like my late check-in was a favor, not a service. and let’s not even start on the broken elevator. i almost gave a decent review but just couldn’t, truly sad.

close proximity to public transport, nearby shops, easy access to local dining
Unsettling elevator experience with no internal door!!! Heating system completely out of control!!! Limited amenities at an overpriced rate!!! Noise levels disrupt any chance of a good night's sleep!!!

quirky, quirky, quirky
The hotel is super close to public transport, making it a breeze to explore the area! I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my Economy Double Room was upon arrival. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, inviting us to a delightful breakfast the next morning with fresh coffee and warm croissants!

I stayed in an Economy Double Room and found it super cozy. The cleaning staff were amazing, refreshing the room every day and providing fresh towels. The location is a big plus, with public transport, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, I loved having air conditioning and free WiFi in the room!
The elevator was quite slow.

If you're a foodie, you've got to check out Nonna Maria Osteria Romana and Pizzeria Trattoria AL Bronzetti nearby – the Mediterranean vibes and flavors are simply epic! I also appreciated the staff's eagerness to help and the unbeatable price, which you won't find at other places.

missingWrote a review on Jul 20clean roomhelpful staffconvenient locationnoise disturbances
Cleanliness stood out. my room had fresh linens, which made me feel comfortable immediately. Staff seemed eager to help when I first arrived. The hotel’s location was quite convenient, just a short walk from a metro station, essential for getting around Milan. the room was small, more compact than expected. The air conditioning required an additional fee, which felt frustrating given the heat outside. Limited bathroom amenities lacked basic supplies. a major downside was the noise from the nearby building site. drilling started early in the morning, disrupting any chance of a good night’s sleep.

a cost-effective option with great parking access but needs cleanliness improvements
Parking available, practical for city exploration. Clean linens but overall cleanliness needs serious attention. Friendly staff, convenient location near public transport made my stay satisfactory.
